THE FACILITY CALENDAR REFLECTS:  
- Time approved to parish groups who request space (not necessarily meeting start times) 
- Private events: Rehearsals, Baptisms, Weddings, anniversary dinners, birthday celebration, etc. 
- Private meetings: Including scouts, parish councils, business related meetings
- Mass/Office Hours/Holy Days/Holidays

        ALL requests are to be directed to Kelly Livermore, Director of Grounds and Facilities, at  724-287-1759 or [email protected]. This includes the meeting rooms, classrooms and halls at St. Andrew, St. Conrad, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Paul and St. Peter campuses.

Kelly will coordinate the following:

• Scheduling meetings and rentals so there are no conflicts or double bookings

• Handling contracts and payments for hall rentals

• Unlocking / locking facilities 

• Ensuring the facilities are set up and cleaned up
