The Communications Administrative Assistant supports the Director of Communications in all facets of communications for All Saints Parish in Butler, PA, including (but not limited to) bulletin, website, social media, graphic design, Google calendars, digital sign-ups, and texting apps. This person also handles various administrative duties for the St. Conrad office of All Saints Parish.
Communications:
Hours: Full-time with benefits (30 + hours Monday-Thursday and occasional evening or weekend event work)
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum preferred
Experience: Word, Publisher, Excel, Canva, video editing, Signup Genius is preferred.
Well organized, able to meet deadlines, creative, flexible, self-starter, pleasant and welcoming, good writing, social media experience, and graphic design skills.
